Our client base consists of studio apartments, single and multi family apartments, single and multi family houses , student housing along with commercial spaces such as office buildings ,lobby areas ,entrances and halls. We are not afraid to get dirty. We clean from top to bottom, inside and out beyond all the nooks and crannies.We can handle just about any mess . We use industry standard products and practices. We are happy to design a custom cleaning plan if/when sanitizing and disinfecting is needed.
Our general scope of work includes but is absolutely not limited to the following.
Dusting:
All surface, baseboards, chair rails, door frames, kick plates, fixtures, vents, door knobs, railings glass and appliances will be dusted and/or wet wiped .
Scrubbing: any surface needing grime removal will be scrubbed and polished.
Vacuuming:
All floors, stairs and landings both hard and carpeted floors will be vacuumed. Areas will be swept if needed
Mopping:
All hardwood, vinyl, ceramic or concrete floors will be mopped with the appropriate cleaning product

The general cleaning listed above can be added to or changed as your needs change. We can clean on a daily, weekly, monthly, schedule. Prices vary based on how often we clean and our work is priced as a job not by the hour.
